Kate Renner AIA, EDAC, LSSGB, WELL AP

Kate Renner, a Vice President with HKS Architects, specializes in healthcare and design research in partnership with many of the world’s leading healthcare systems. In her work, Kate has developed solutions to many complex challenges encountered in healthcare environments and created healing spaces for patients, care teams, and communities. Kate is dedicated to continually improving projects, processes, and outcomes. To achieve this, she has worked extensively with the HKS research team, developing post-occupancy evaluation methodologies focused on overall impact. Most recently, Kate has developed a research fellowship program to expand the firm’s capability in conducting meaningful research within all project teams.
