Mr. Gouvin is the Director of Facilities Planning & Engineering Operations for Baystate Health, a not-for-profit health care system headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts, serving Western Massachusetts and the Knowledge Corridor Region of Massachusetts and Connecticut. He oversees the planning, design, maintenance and construction Baystate’s three hospitals, outpatient medical practices and reference laboratories - approximately 4 million square feet.
