Chris Lynch, a Fire Protection Engineer with over 17 years of experience, serves as a Founding Principal at Code Red Consultants. He leads project teams and works with diverse clients nationwide to engineer innovative life safety solutions in the built environment. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Chris directly assists clients in navigating complex regulatory compliance problems, ensuring their facilities meet the highest safety standards. He collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction on resolutions for complex fire protection and life safety issues in both new construction and renovation/addition projects.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytech Institute. Chris is a past presenter at the NEHES Conference and ASHE PDC Summit and serves as the Life Safety Code sub-committee chair on the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health Codes and Standards committee.
