Recording Not Available The American College of Healthcare Architects created the Legacy Project Award to celebrate outstanding healthcare design that has stood the test of time and contributes to advancements in the future. This award recognizes healthcare architecture that has and continues to demonstrate superior planning and excellence in design performance over an extended period of time, and remains of enduring significance. This session will describe how the original planning and architecture has evolved to stand the test of time and contribute to a changing health care environment. Discussion will focus on the leadership qualities, project drivers, team experiences and the story of this year’s award winning place of healing and its impact on subsequent design and patient care.
