Stanford Health Care (SHC) is undergoing a core business transformation to provide preventative and wellness-focused care. SHC plans to build a 50,000 square foot integrated digestive health center. As a new business model, a multi-year 3P (production, preparation, and process) effort was undertaken to map current and future state operations and design a facility that will support those needs.
