As a HC interior designer I found this session very informative. We are often working with owners and providers who are faced with a decision of whether to abandon an existing facility or to build new. There is so much aging infrastructure in the market. Our clients thankfully are choosing to renovate & work with their existing facilities to assist with expansion. The IPD approach has definitely assisted in managing the cost & enhancing the communication among team members while moving the projects forward. I think the panel was effective in identifying and explaining the IPD process and the challenges.
