With the use of the COE-CERL BUILDER program, this session will address individual and large portfolio needs within the Department of Defense and how to use a decision model that addresses risk, code compliance, equipment life cycle replacement, and future work plans. Attendees will learn to balance current and future facilities needs with budget needs.
