Mr. Michael Crowley PE,FASHE

Mike Crowley is a Principal Advisor with Coffman Engineers based in The Woodlands, TX. He holds a BS in Fire Protection and Safety Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from The University of Houston. Mike is a licensed professional engineer in 6 states. Mike has more than 40 years of fire protection engineering consulting experience. Professional organization involvement includes Fellow in Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE), Lifetime Member of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) with activity on NFPA Technical Committees including NFPA 101 - Healthcare Occupancies and Means of Egress, and NFPA 99 Correlating Committee and Fundamentals Technical Committee. Mike was the 2020 President of SFPE and a Member of NFPA Standards Council. He is a Life Safety Code and NFPA 99 instructor for NFPA. In addition, he is a Fellow Member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE). Mike has authored numerous technical articles and made presentations at various conferences and symposiums. Mike provides consulting to architects, facility managers and building owners around the world.
