For over 22 years, Kevin has focused his career at the intersection of health environments, design, process leadership and innovation. His passion for excellence is evident from numerous long-term client relationships in which he was sought and retained for his unique approach to organizing teams, leading complex projects and managing change in support of successful outcomes. His ability to toggle between high-level visioning and intricate details makes him an optimal partner to clients and delivery teams alike. As self-described “executor,” with a focus on guiding projects to meet or exceed targeted outcomes, Kevin is an ideal integrator of clients, designers, analysts, constructors, and consults He has impacted over $6 billion worth of healthcare capital projects in the US, Canada, and overseas. Kevin has led or collaborated on significant projects with Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin, Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM), Northwestern Medicine, University Hospitals (Cleveland OH), Advocate-Aurora Healthcare. He has built a track record achieving client outcomes while building high-performing delivery teams. Kevin holds a Master of Architecture and and MBA, both from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed architect with NCARB certification. He has proudly served on the Health Guidelines Revision Committee which publishes the FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospitals and Outpatient Facilities, for twelve years. He is also a LEED accredited professional.
