Melinda has 25 years of experience catalyzing positive social and environmental change through storytelling campaigns, behavior change strategies and brand experience design.
She is Founder & CEO of Change Catalyst, an innovation consulting firm that helps social entrepreneurs, social enterprises, international NGOs, and Fortune 500 companies excel at creating large-scale social and environmental change. In 2015, Change Catalyst will launch an accelerator for women leading high-impact social enterprises.
Melinda is also an award-winning documentary filmmaker. Her film and television work includes projects that exposed the AIDS crisis in South Africa, explored women’s rights in Turkey, and prepared communities for the effects of climate change. She has also worked on several television shows, including NBC’s The West Wing.
