Nick is a long-time member of ASHE. Currently, he is co-chairing a national ASHE advocacy task force responsible for developing learning around “how facility managers affect patient satisfaction” and is a past presenter at three recent NEHES conferences. Nick is a frequent and sought after speaker on the topics of healthcare and Lean. He is currenlty a guest lecturer at Wentworth Institute of Technology in their Masters of Construction Management Program.
In his role and Haley & Aldrich, Nick works with clients within the built environment to increase their performance and generate enduring results by reducing waste in time, money and effort. He specializes in providing Lean facilitation and consulting services, including the development of standard service offerings to support clients' efforts as they seek to improve the way they build, operate and manage their real estate assets.
