Robert Phinney, HDR’s Director of Sustainable Design Services and an architect with a focus on sustainable design and efficient operations solutions. He leads the diverse team of HDR’s Sustainable Design Professionals who manage the LEED process for a range of S+T, Healthcare, Governmental, and University projects. He brings deep experience in implementing sustainable strategies in federal, civic, and healthcare projects as well as policy development assistance to many regional municipalities and organizations.
