Doug Mangers is Vice President Operations for the Central Division of McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. He oversees all healthcare work, monitoring project performance throughout the lifecycle of a job with a continual focus on client satisfaction. With more than 20 years of experience in construction, he has spent the majority of his career working to develop strong team relationships on complex campus projects. He began his career at McCarthy as a project engineer, also holding positions as a field superintendent, project manager, senior project manager and project director before assuming his current role. In total, Doug has participated in more than $1 billion of completed construction projects across America. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Illinois.
