Randy Keiser

National Healthcare Director, Turner Construction Company

For the past 37 years, Randy Keiser has been building major complex medical facilities with Turner. He has served as a field engineer, project superintendent, project engineer, project manager and project executive prior to his current position of Vice President, National Healthcare Director. As the leader of Turner’s National Healthcare Group, Randy is involved in all of Turner’s major complex healthcare construction projects and assists in completing 350+ projects each year. Randy is a healthcare industry expert and focuses on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities. His experience includes new and renovation of hospital space, medical office buildings, clinics, surgery centers and imaging centers, and hospitals. Randy is also an expert in Integrated Project Delivery having worked on more than 40 Healthcare IPD projects in the past 10 years.

Randy’s leadership skills and ability to develop strong team relationships have made Turner the nation’s #1 Healthcare Constructor by Modern Healthcare and Engineering News Record. Some of Randy’s major clients include Memorial Sloane Kettering, Cleveland Clinic, Methodist Healthcare, Nationwide Children’s, New York Presbyterian, Virtua, NYU Langone and The Ohio State University.

Additionally, Randy holds memberships in Tennessee Hospitals Engineering Association, General Contractors of America (AGC), American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), and is also on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee.
