Mr. Rosenbaum has been managing construction projects for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare for over 24 years and has served the past nine years as Vice President of Facilities Management. Methodist Le Bonheur is a faith based not for profit healthcare system in Memphis, TN with 7 hospitals including the regions only pediatric facility. In his position, Dave manages the operation of over five million square feet of facilities including the environment of care of over three million square feet of hospitals. He is responsible for the capital construction program for the organization that has placed over $550 million in construction in the past six years. He manages the sustainability program for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare resulting in all new construction being built within LEED standards, implementation of green initiatives in day-to-day operations, and a commitment to the economic sustainability of the community. He has a BSCE from the Missouri Institute of Science and Technology, an MSCE from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Memphis, and is a retired Captain in the U S Navy, Civil Engineer Corps. Dave and Sandy, his wife of 48 years, have been residents of the Memphis area for the past 38 years and have two children and two grand children.
