Alyson Cole, MPM serves as the Assistant Executive Director of Penn Presbyterian Medical Center a 330 bed trauma center and tertiary care teaching hospital in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. In this role Alyson currently provides operational leadership for service line development and serves as the Chief Experience Officer for the hospital. Ms. Cole has over 17 years of progressive hospital administrative experience and has provided project leadeship and executive oversight of several capital construction projects spanning acute and ambulatory environments. Her most recent projects include a $144M, 6 story acute care tower which opened in January 2015 and the 150,000 sf, $33M, 10 story outpatient care site located at 3737 Market Street. Alyson is a hands on executive and patient advocate who is passionate about healthcare in the Philadelphia region and providing the best care environments to support patient health and provider collaboration. She holds a Master’s in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University and was among this past year’s honorees of the Philadelphia region’s 40 Under 40 class of 2015 awarded by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
