J. Patrick Fugeman AIA, MBA

Mr. Fugeman is the Vice President for Design & Construction in the Christiana Care Health System headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. He is a registered architect and holds an MBA. His duties are to oversee the planning, design & construction of all projects for the health care system whether they are new or remodeling on 4 campuses in 2 states. The annual construction budget for Christiana Care is between $30-40 million with major projects outside regular CAPEX authorizations. Christiana Care is presently completing design for a major Women’s building expansion, to start construction in mid-2016.
