Tracy has been a nurse at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond for 32 years. She is currently the Clinical Nurse Liaison for the new children’s hospital project, bridging the gap between the clinicians and project team. She began her career as a PICU nurse and then served in multiple nursing leadership roles. Her experiences on multiple units and hospital committees provided the wide range of experiences needed for her current position.
