Jonathan Cogswell

Jonathan B. Cogswell is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in healthcare facility operations and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Manhattan Development at Northwell Health, he oversees the strategic planning, design, and construction of key facilities within the health system's Manhattan portfolio. This includes renowned institutions such as Lenox Hill Hospital, Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital (MEETH), Northwell Greenwich Village Hospital and a network of over 90 outpatient sites across the region. Before his tenure at Northwell, Jonathan managed hospital operations at Lenox Hill Hospital and began his career in the development of cancer centers in the New York metro area. His extensive background in healthcare real estate and facilities management has positioned him as a thought leader in the field. He is an active member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the New York Chapter of the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP).
