With over 27 years of experience as a behavioral healthcare provider and executive, Sherri has become a leading expert at helping owners and design teams create therapeutic spaces that are safe, compliant, functional, and profitable. More importantly, her experience has helped her to understand the unique needs of the behavioral health patient and advocate for them at every step of the process.
Sherri has worked in every capacity from psychotherapist to multisite CEO of freestanding behavioral health hospitals offering full continuums of care. She has also served as a Regional Operations Director for a major healthcare corporation, overseeing behavioral health operations across 15 states. In that role, she had operational responsibility for planning and execution of strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, revenue cycle processes, and behavioral health capital projects. Her unique perspective allows her to advise clients early in the process on the operational impacts of design and renovation decisions.
