Thomas is an executive level manager with more than eighteen years of experience leading high performing planning, design, and construction teams for large complex construction. Thomas is a skilled design professional and second generation capital project administrator.
Thomas graduated from Louisiana State University – Baton Rouge with a Bachelor Science in Civil Engineering. He practiced for seven years as a structural engineer and ACS building engineer acquiring a thorough knowledge of building systems, utility systems, manufacturing process, security design features, and energy sustainability with over 500 building renovations and new construction structures successfully put in place. Thomas practiced on both the design side and the owner side managing these design efforts. Thomas was also responsible for assembling design teams and development of work plans on both sides. The teams were sourced with both internal and external resources.
Thomas also graduated from Washington University – St Louis with a post graduate certificate in project management.
