He has spent the last 10 years working exclusively in the delivery of healthcare facilities, most recently leading the preconstruction efforts on the 10-story acute care hospital for Valleywise Health and associated make ready projects and the new Arrowhead Hospital for Phoenix Children’s. A champion of integrated best practices, Mike embeds himself with design partners to facilitate a true target value process where design and cost are in continuous alignment.
