As Executive Director of Real Estate, Joe provides strategic guidance for the 12 million square foot Yale New Haven Health System real estate portfolio, directing system-wide real estate initiatives for ambulatory development and all service line businesses including implementing real estate strategies for each of the delivery networks within the Health System. Prior corporate real estate experience includes working for publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts, privately held investment funds, institutional and pension fund investors and commercial brokerage.
