Larry Franklin has almost forty years of experience in program and project management in commercial, institutional and healthcare construction. He is responsible for providing risk engineering services to owners, constructors and designers in an effort to help reduce losses and increase profitability at both the project and corporate level for subcontractor default, professional liability, construction property and general liability customers. He has been a presenter at ASHE, AGC, and IMUA meetings and for Zurich webinars.
