Ryan Schramm, CHFM, CHC, MECH, FASHE, is the Senior Systems Manager of Facilities Operations at Banner Health, where he leads the Technology division of the Remote Operations Center (ROC). With 20 years of experience, Ryan is a recognized expert in optimizing healthcare facilities through systems thinking, data-driven CMMS strategies, and risk-based asset management, all grounded in the principles of continuous improvement. In addition to his leadership at Banner, Ryan serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Legacy FM, where he contributes to the development of customized training programs that empower healthcare organizations to streamline operations, elevate compliance, and drive sustainable change.
