Frank is the Director Facilities Regulatory Readiness at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, responsible for Facilities Regulatory Compliance, Plumbing/Medical Gas/Water Management Programs, Planning/Scheduling, Dispatching, Violations Management, Training Programs and Facilities Operational Excellence enterprise-wide. Frank’s experience includes oversight of day to day facilities operations, managing fire safety and life safety programs. Frank started his career as a Fire Protection/Life Safety Consultant for a global fire protection engineering firm and has a strong foundation in codes and standards. Frank earned a Bachelor’s of Science and a Master of Engineering degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland. Frank is a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Healthcare Safety Professional and Senior American Society for Healthcare Engineering (SASHE). Frank is an active member on National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) technical committees, American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) Regulatory Affairs committee, ASHE Rapid Response task force, current Chair of the ASHE Membership Committee and is the past chair of the ASHE Member Tools Task Force
