Steve Roberson works for Spire Inc. in the Technical Services Department. Prior to starting work within the natural gas industry in 2001, he worked within the heavy industrial engineering and construction markets internationally as a field engineer, project engineer and construction project manager. In his current technical role with Spire, which operates in Missouri, Alabama and Mississippi, Steve is responsible for codes and standards, innovation, research and development and customer end use energy solutions for all markets. He is past president of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Birmingham Chapter, an active GTI Technical Project Committee member, a prior board member of the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs Energy and Residential Codes Board and a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
