Scott Czubkowski P.E. started his energy career as a mechanical test engineer in the nuclear propulsion plant on 688 fast attack submarines. Upon completion of his fourth reactor start-up, Scott transferred his experience and knowledge into facilities. Over the past 25 years, Scott has had opportunities to work state side and international to create energy efficiency and sustainable impact. Project work included; in vessel composting, application of energy efficiency systems in western Europe and England, sustainability projects for the Vancouver 2010 Olympics, large domestic hot water solar projects and design/build energy projects such as a 3,000 ton geothermal well system and high efficiency ‘lights out’ central energy plants for a private developer.Currently, Scott leads the Medxcel Energy Team and drives solutions on the supply side and demand side of the utility meter. Scott has focused on health care sustainability solutions for many years and is leveraging his experience to assist Medxcel clients achieve Net Zero operations.Scott resides in South Florida with his wife and three daughters and holds degrees in mechanical engineering and a Master of Project Management. Credentials include; professional engineer, certified health care constructor, association of energy CEM, BEP, CIAQP and CDSM. Also, he is licensed as a general contractor, solar contractor and mechanical contractor.
