Abe Sipes, DBIA, has focused his 20 years of construction experience on the Healthcare and Higher Education market sectors. He thrives in collaborative project delivery environments and has led multiple large design-build projects, including several multi-story prefabricated structures. His structural engineering background repeatedly proves valuable during the design and construction of technically complex projects. Currently, he is leading the design-builder team on the 48X Complex at UC Davis Health, which is a $589 million ambulatory surgery center.
