In addition to her Architectural background, Betsy is EDAC certified and has a Master of Science in Design focusing on Healthcare and Healing Environments. She is highly interested in design that combines functionality with a human-centric approach and is constantly exploring how the built environment can support positive experiences and enhance the well-being of its users.
