Robert McCoole is Senior Vice President, Facilities Resource Group, of Ascension Health, headquartered in St. Louis. In this position, he is responsible for all facility planning, design & construction, real estate, energy and facility management. In addition, his group oversees the System’s Environmental Stewardship Program and Facilities Infrastructure Pool. McCoole brings a unique view to his work at Ascension Health, having been the CEO of Alberici Group, a large, multi-market contractor and construction services firm typically ranked in Engineering News-Record’s top 50 contractors in the U.S. During his 23-year career at Alberici, he worked in project management and business development in addition to his time as CEO.
