Project Manager, RMF Engineering Inc.

Chase is a project manager for RMF Engineering where he specializes in steam, chilled water and power generation infrastructure projects for healthcare, higher education, and government facilities. As an energy infrastructure specialist, he has a passion for reliable, resilient and efficient energy plant design while concurrently focusing on phasing and constructability for immediate projects and future central plant upgrades to ensure minimal disruption to end users. Chase strives to bring value to Owners with his infrastructure focus to achieve their near and long terms goals in a 24/7 critical care environment.

Chase has been with RMF for nearly a decade with RMF Engineering in their North Carolina Infrastructure division. He is actively involved in the energy infrastructure industry and serves on the Board of Directors for the International District Energy Association (IDEA). In addition to being a licensed mechanical engineer, he also has a Bachelor’s from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute. Outside of work, Chase gives back to his community by coaching youth sports where he is coaching two soccer teams.
