Chris Arthur P. Eng., MSc, BSc, MBA

With over 25 years' experience in the development and financing of social infrastructure projects Chris leads the Balfour Beatty Investments Canadian team to deliver facilities for high profile public institutions within complex stakeholder environments, including major acute healthcare users and associated procuring Health Authorities. He has taken lead roles for the successful development of Children’s and Women’s Hospital PPP and North Island Hospitals PPP, both in British Columbia and Pinderfields and Pontefract Hospitals PFI and the Three Shires Mental Health Partnership PFI both in the UK. Chris is a Professional Engineer and has an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK.
