Chris has over 28 years of construction management and development experience. He is engaged in campus and facility planning, site evaluation and selection, and building acquisitions. Chris works closely with health system senior leadership, leading the entire development process, ensuring team accountability, obtaining entitlements, and providing cost and schedule management. Chris was recently published in Health Facilities Management magazine in an article for repurposing big box retail buildings for medical use.
