Constance (Connie) Grant MSN, BSN, RN

Connie Grant, MSN, BSN, RN, is the Senior Director of Mental Health Services and Emergency Services for Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. For the last decade, Connie has served in various roles as a nurse leader overseeing Emergency Departments, Crisis Intervention Units, Ambulatory Services and Ambulatory Surgical Centers. Her scope includes daily clinical and operational needs, strategic planning and growth, development of teams as well as advocacy.
Connie completed her undergraduate education at Goodwin University and her master’s degrees in Nursing and Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s College. She has presented both nationally and locally on various nursing topics throughout her career and is published on topics related to Nursing Research, Patient Safety and Nursing Best Practice.
