Craig works with owners and design teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of complex project programs, delivery systems, and construction methodology including lean construction. Since 2001, he has guided W. M. Jordan Company’s owners and design teams through the cost estimate and value analysis process, helping them to assemble the right team of material suppliers and trade contractors for each project. He holds a BS in civil engineering from Virginia Tech and is an ASHE-certified healthcare constructor.
