Dan Spinetto LEED AP

Vice President | Regional Operations Manager, Brasfield & Gorrie

Dan Spinetto oversees healthcare construction operations in Georgia and the surrounding region. He is responsible for strategic set up of project estimates, schedules, logistics and staffing as well as supporting project teams from an executive level. Dan has 34 years of healthcare construction experience and specializes in larger complex projects. He focuses on establishing long-term partnerships that allow us to serve our clients as a trusted resource for early conceptual evaluation of master plan projects all the way through serving as their contractor when ready to build. Methodical and strategic, Dan possesses an exceptional ability to comprehend large amounts of complex information and from it determine both short-term priorities and long-term solutions. He has successfully led preconstruction and operations on many of Brasfield & Gorrie's most notable healthcare projects, such as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Arthur M. Blank Hospital ($775 million), Marcus Tower at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital ($358 million), Emory Proton Therapy Center ($200 million), Lexington Medical Center Clinical Expansion in West Columbia, South Carolina ($293 million) and the Mission North Tower in Asheville, North Carolina ($270 million). With extensive experience and an understanding of healthcare facilities and campus master planning, Dan is the ideal project leader. Never satisfied with skimming the surface of a process or issue, he has developed relationships with specialized healthcare subcontractors, vendors, and design experts by being invested in every detail and driving projects toward successful outcomes. Dan’s drive to understand and explain the intricacies of our work contributes to his effective leadership. Spearheading an internal peer review program to analyze ongoing projects, he has been essential in gathering and disseminating information about our methods, lessons learned, and best practices to help project managers learn from each other to better serve our clients. Dan graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and minored in Architecture. He currently volunteers with the Executives for Children’s (E4C) and Next Step Ministries. Dan is married to Lisa and together they have three children: Noah, Maddie, and Luke.
