Dania Baba PhD, PMP, CPHRC, LBBP

Dania is a seasoned healthcare management academic and professional, bringing 30 years of comprehensive experience across diverse facets of healthcare management. Her expertise encompasses operation planning, transition and activation planning, talent management, process improvement, strategic planning, and project management. With a fervent dedication to fostering healthier communities, she focuses on planning hospitals from inception to full operation. Throughout her career, Dania has assumed multiple leadership roles, with significant contributions and achievements. She is actively engaged in both national and international consulting healthcare projects with Jacobs. Holding a PhD in Health Services Administration, Dania is also serving as an Assistant Professor in Healthcare and Business Administration at UMass Global.
