Dave Ingram

Executive Director and Chief Project Officer, Provincial Health Services Authority

Dave has 20 years of management and consulting experience. He came to Canada nine years from Scotland, where he worked most recently for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their health-care consulting practice. During that time, Dave worked with many of Scotland's largest health-care organizations on projects that focused on clinical and operating efficiency, reorganization and performance improvement. Prior to his current role at PHSA, Dave worked with Fraser Health Authority, where he was the Chief Project Officer responsible for several alternatively procured projects, including: the $512M Surrey Memorial Redevelopment Project; the $239 million Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgical Centre Project; and the $30 million Chilliwack Hospital expansion. Dave is currently an Executive Director at PHSA and the Chief Project Officer responsible for the $678m BC Children's and BC Women's Redevelopment Project.
