Debbie Gregory is Principal for Healthcare Innovation Consulting at Smith, Seckman, Reid, Inc., a national engineering firm. Dr. Gregory is a national leader in healthcare design, innovation, and transformation. As a nurse executive and interior designer, Dr. Gregory is passionate about “Intentional Design” that aligns People, Place, and Process. Dr. Gregory has a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Health Innovation and Leadership from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. She serves as an adjunct faculty at Clemson School of Nursing, University of Kansas Center for Design Research, and Vanderbilt University School of Nursing.
