Eric Hoffman

Eric Hoffman is a Vice President with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., who has 16 years of experience in healthcare construction. Eric has been involved in several large healthcare projects and has been at the frontline of implementing the use of technology from the design phase through the construction execution. Most recently, Eric spent the past six years as the executive on the Loma Linda University Medical Center Campus Transformation Project. The project’s size and complexity required innovative ways to increase collaboration amongst a large and diverse team of stakeholders, track key performance indicators and ultimately deliver a successful project.
