Erica McAllister MPH, CHSP, CHEP, CLSS-HC, CHFM

rica McAllister is a Physical Environment Accreditation Advisor for Vizient, Inc. In this role she supports organizations accreditation journey within the environment of care, life safety, and emergency management. Erica also serves as the 2025 President of the Missouri Society for Healthcare Engineers (MOSHE). She earned her Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Saint Louis University with concentrations in Environmental and Occupation Health and Biosecurity and Disaster Planning. Erica is a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP), Certified Life Safety Specialist for Health Care Facility Managers (CLSS-HC), and a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM). She has led multiple healthcare organizations through innumerable surveys to provide in time resolution of findings and strategies to sustain long term compliance. Additionally, Erica's strong background and experience in emergency management has equipped her with the skills to lead through any crisis.
