Frank oversees HUP’s Departments of Physical Plant, Security, Parking Services, Safety, Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse Campus and Center for Healthcare Technology. His 25+ years of experience in Healthcare Facilities Management includes serving at Frankford Hospital, Parkview Hospital, the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Geriatric Center, Temple University Continuing Care Center, and Temple University Health Science Center campus. Frank is a SASHE member, CHFM, and past President of the Healthcare Facilities Managers Association of Delaware Valley.
