Mr. Marr is a West Virginia University, Mechanical Engineering graduate with approximately 30 years in consulting engineering. In addition to his knowledge of the design of healthcare facilities and building codes, healthcare guidelines, and laboratory design, Mr. Marr has previous experience in HVAC system testing, balancing, and controls commissioning. Mr. Marr is a member of ASHRAE and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE)
