Gaurav Khadse (GK) is a Registered Architect with 21 years’ experience in design and construction of healthcare facilities. Gaurav holds the position of Vice President, Facilities Planning, Development and Real Estate Services at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH). In his position, he leads the facilities project management, program management, planning and real estate team responsible for strategic facilities expansion projects, capital projects and real estate portfolio management at Texas Children’s. Under his stewardship, his team has successfully undertaken projects at various stages of development and construction, with a collective value exceeding a billion dollars including the recently completed expansion of Texas Children’s new campus in North Austin, The Pavilion Tower II modernization in the Texas Medical Center in Houston and several Texas Children’s Pediatrics community locations. Gaurav has an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Architecture from Texas A&M University. As a LEED accredited professional he is also committed to sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices.
