Jerry Bauers, PE, is the National Program Executive for Outcome Construction Solutions, LLC, part of a 525 person Engineering Services Firm with offices throughout the United States. Mr. Bauers has provided Building Design, Commissioning and Retro Commissioning services for the over 40 years. He has been active with ISPE and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) as a peer reviewer. He is a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Professional in Testing & Balancing and Building System Commissioning Services and Retro Commissioning since as early as 1981. Mr. Bauers is a NEBB Past President and former Chairman of the Building System Commissioning Committee. Professionally, Mr. Bauers has been responsible for Design, Commissioning and Retro Commissioning services for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facilities, Research and Teaching laboratories, Prisons and Detention Facilities, Data Centers and Telecommunication Facilities and commercial and special use spaces. He has specialized in working in ‘Critical Environments’ for over 40 years. Mr. Bauers has been directly responsible for the execution of commissioning and retro commissioning projects ranging from the State Office Building in Jefferson City, Missouri to Biosafety Containment Laboratories throughout the United States. He offers clients his expertise and that of his team in building systems operations, control system configuration and control and facilities management and construction to deliver both building performance and reliability in a cost effective process.
