Grace Lin, AIA, CDT, DBIA - a senior consultant at Turner & Townsend, advances planning, design, and construction delivery systems. She tailors collaborative and integrated delivery solutions for healthcare organizations. As a steward of her clients’ interests, Grace turns data into insights enabling her clients to make informed decisions faster for better outcomes. The infusion of her experience in architect and Owner representative roles underpins her professionalism, leadership, technical, and facilitative skills. Grace fosters innovation within the AEC sphere, brings Owners into the collaboration, and unites multiple disciplines into an integrated and efficient workflow – upholding the “One Team – One Goal” principle essential for project success. Grace is an adjunct professor at Columbia University, School of Professional Studies, under the Master of Science in Construction Administration program. In 2019 and 2020, she was chair of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Project Delivery Knowledge Community. Grace also serves on the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) national and regional levels and the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) greater New York region.
