Heather Lancaster-Dilley

Heather Lancaster-Dilley is National Director, Preconstruction and Project Engineering for Medxcel. Her focus is continuous improvement techniques and standards that drive solutions to reduce capital investment cost, enhance project delivery and foster relationship growth. Her driving principles are built upon the recognition that the health care-built environment must create a positive healing space while being financial stewards of the business.​

Ms. Lancaster-Dilley has served on the construction management and the owner’s representative side of health care design since 2001. Her project experience is scaled from small out-patient facilities, academic environments to large medical institutions.​
