Howard is the Director of Plant Facilities at SSM Health, Centralia and Good Samaritan Hospital, Mt. Vernon where he has been employed for over 35 years. He is the Past President of the Southern Illinois Chapter of Hospital Engineers. Besides serving on the City of Centralia Veterans Affairs Committee, Howard takes great pride in serving for other community volunteer committees and organizations.
