James is a registered architect and has 23 years of experience in facilities including facilities condition assessments, design and construction of education facilities and 8 years in healthcare facilities maintenance and operations. James has completed Joint Commission surveys in 2016, 2019, and 2022, as well as lead the facilities team in a CMS survey. James has managed the opening of three new Houston Area location ambulatory clinic sites as well as managing approx. 4 million Sq. Ft. of clinical, research, and leased spaces, with approximately 750 Beds.
